Please provide any feedback and report the behavior of our company and/or our personnel in case of violation of applicable laws and regulations, industry standards, and code of business ethics, such as violation of codes of conduct related to corporate social responsibilities, e.g., violations of human rights, labor standards, occupational health and safety, environment and business ethics (including conflict minerals), corrupt practices such as soliciting and accepting bribes, committing shady operations, seeking illegitimate interests, and other non-compliance behavior. The informant should provide detailed facts, including information of the person being reported against and relevant evidence, to facilitate our speedy investigation. We will keep the real-name information of the informant strictly confidential and effectively protect their legitimate rights and interests, assign special personnel for follow-up and handling and give feedback of the results of relevant investigations in due time.
